Party Wall Surveyors will as they are entitled to charge for travelling to and from site. Having the benefit of being based in the London Borough of Hackney this expenditure is negligible to us and therefore we can offer this saving onto our customers who reside in and around the surrounding areas of Hackney. 

 

In normal circumstances once the Award has been completed you will not see the Party Wall Surveyor again unless there is a dispute. We have found that quite often advice or support is requested during the construction phase. A Surveyor based on the other side of London may well be reluctant to make that journey without a fee. Being based and having projects in Hackney we are more than happy to drop by should you require.

For domestic projects such as loft or rear extension we can undertake for a fixed fee of £499.00 + vat, if your neighbour would like a schedule of condition only we can undertake for £350.00 + vat.
